1. Closed Platform

PropWell is a closed professional network. Only verified real estate agents and brokers are allowed to access and use the platform.

2. Agent Responsibilities

Agents must maintain accurate property listings, photos, and descriptions. Any fraudulent activity, listing duplication, or misrepresentation will result in immediate termination of the account.

3. RERA Compliance

Compliance with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) rules is the sole responsibility of the listing agent. PropWell is not liable for listings that violate RERA guidelines.

4. Indemnity & Transactions

PropWell is a SaaS workspace and is not party to, nor responsible for, any transactions, negotiations, or disputes between agents and their clients.

5. Subscription Terms

Access to PropWell requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance, renew automatically, and can be cancelled by the agent at any time prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in behavior that harms the platform ecosystem.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms of Service will be settled through arbitration under local jurisdiction rules.
